FRESH Breakfast | Lunch was just an idea some years back that Nicholas Kaltsas had.
Working in his family’s restaurants from a young age, learning and molding his abilities. Using recipes his father taught him that date back to 1982, Nicholas was able to use those same ingredients and recipes to his advantage to put a modern new-age approach to breakfast and lunch.
Our slogan CURATED FOR RIGHT NOW means that no matter the latest trend, what year we’re in, or simply what has changed, FRESH will always have selections, ideas or adjustments to give people, guests and employees exactly what they are looking for when searching for a bite to eat or a place to work.
